Sana Vida is phenomenal. I started my journey at Impact and moved with them to Sana Vida. All I can say is I love myself and who I am more than ever. Vita-life taught me what I needed to do but the staff at Sana Vida has kept me on track. We now have groups that meet every other week along with cooking classes. I have learned a lot about how to eat right and what my body needs and doesn’t need. I love how I feel and I look forward to my sessions with Camille every week. I can not tell you how much Sana Vida has helped me. The vibration bed is fantastic and so are the massage chairs. I haven’t got to try everything but I will try them all out at some point. I went to Sana Vida a couple years ago and lost 40lbs in about a month and a half and was doing great following the program and my weekly visits with my weight coach. Then covid hit amd the office closed. I went a couple years and gained more weight back as i had 4 surgeries on my foot and couldn’t exercise so i gained all my weight back and then some. I decided it was time to go Sana Vida In Grand Island and try it again and i couldn’t be happier. Sence 07/07/23 to 03/07/24 so in 9 months ive lost 90lbs and feeling great. Sana Vida Wellness Center was created to provide Grand Island, Nebraska and surrounding residents a place to disconnect, recover, and recharge. We have hand selected the services offered and the products in our Healthy Living store with the main focus of aiding our bodies in its ability to function at its best. The human body has an amazing ability to maintain and heal itself. However, giving it the right care and nutrients are essential for that to happen. We want to try to keep everything as all natural as possible here (Made in the USA a huge plus too!) Our natural services, supplements, and even all natural household cleaners will aid the body in operating at peak performance at all times.
