“I went to Sana Vida a couple years ago and lost 40lbs in about a month and a half and was doing great following the program and my weekly visits with my weight coach. Then covid hit amd the office closed. I went a couple years and gained more weight back as i had 4 surgeries on my foot and couldn’t exercise so i gained all my weight back and then some. I decided it was time to go Sana Vida In Grand Island and try it again and i couldn’t be happier. Sence 07/07/23 to 03/07/24 so in 9 months ive lost 90lbs and feeling great. “Been suffering pain continually since a ladder fall 10 yrs ago. I had 2 vertebra compression fractures. Reinjured 4 yrs ago. Doctors did not help. Went part time and retired at 68.\\nTwo friends got me to see Cobler Chiropractic. After first treatment it was omg no pain. I could stand pretty straight and walk without favoring right foot. I could again turn my head 90° and see directly over both shoulders. Stopped ibuprofen and fall asleep much sooner.\\nI have had 3 treatments now. I am feeling so great. Next will be to see if I can stay on my feet longer than 30 min. Also, I will post again when treatments are down to 1 per week, and again after that.\\nSincerely\\nRich E.“
