This was our initial visit, Mike was very friendly and wonderful at answering every question in detail and explaining what all they were going to do to help us out. We have used a few other companies but they are by far the most profesional and knowledgable.

Great experience I have to say they redeemed themselves from my first appointment I had with them, but I wish they would’ve sprayed a little more. Gonna have to call them to see if they can spray a little more. Customer service was phenomenal. I recommend them to anyone who is having pets problems. ??

Scott Lewis was the service man assigned to our place for an inspection due to our farmhouse starting to experience issues with minor mice breach. He was late due to other jobs taking longer than expected, but was very communicative about his ETA and made sure that it was still doable for our schedules. (I previously had received an automated text message from the company saying that they unfortunately had to reschedule our appointment due to unforeseen delays in his appointments earlier that day) Even though the appointment was made out to be “needing rescheduled” he still went out of his way to make it out to us, when he could’ve just... read full review
