5 Stars - Absolutely Wonderful Experience! I had the best experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, clean, and relaxing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. My nail technician Lisa took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered beyond expectations-my nails look stunning and the attention to detail was impressive. The salon offers a wide range of colors and designs, and everything was done with top-notch hygiene standards. It's clear they care about both the quality of their work and the comfort of their clients. I left feeling pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful nails and a relaxing experience. I'll definitely be back!

HANDS DOWN Worst nail place I have ever been to & I've been to many!!! The 2 nail technicians I had were so rude and unprofessional it's ridiculous, to put it mildly! They were not only SLOPPY by leaving fingernail polish on my fingers but they were also very aggressive and my cuticles were bleeding when I left! Completely unacceptable. The place is a nightmare! Obviously I would not recommend! Highly overpriced for poor service! This is the worst review I've ever given! Would give "0" stars if I could!

Friendly staff, fast service! My wife enjoyed getting her pedicure and manicure. Staff was professional and had a great attitude.

Hit or miss. Sometimes I get good service and nails that last for weeks. Other times, I can't get a week without the powder dip losing its bond and falling off. If you make a reservation, it does little since you may wait 20-30 min past your appointment time

They do not use liners on the pedicure bowls. Very little cleaning only use a little alcohol spray and water to clean. They use the same tools on multiple people without cleaning, very rushed not relaxing service, was in and out in 20 mins. If you want a relaxing service definitely go somewhere else.

I went for the first time today and I truly believe that this is the best nail salon in Grand Island!!! Lisa did my nails and they look incredible. Not too thick, no bumps, perfect shape, and perfectly painted. I will be switching from my other salon to this one. I also got a hot stone pedicure and it was amazing!

Went in at 1030 for 4 pedicures. They advised they were very busy and scheduled us for 1130. We were perfectly ok with that and came back an hour later. Sat us down at 1130 with cold water (the gentleman seemed very annoyed that every single person said their water was cold) and sat on his cell phone the whole time. First of our group got started about 25 minutes later. The final person in our group wasn’t started until after 1220, almost an hour past our appt. We weren’t given the full experience of the package we picked, and still had very rough feet at the end of the pedicure. I pointed this out at check out and asked for a card saying I could return later and have it fixed (we were already late for another appt having been there 2 hours now). She advised they missed nothing and I either sat down now or wouldn’t be fixed. I even said I would stil pay for the regular polish but she said I had to pay for everything as I couldn’t prove things weren’t done.I have never seen worse customer service, even as the customer trying to create a way to fix the situation when I had more time for it to be fixed. Plenty of other places to go in town. If I could give 0 stars I would.
