This is a great gym, the environment is very friendly. The people that run it are amazing very friendly. For a 40 year old gym it's in really great. The only reason it is getting 3 stars is it would be nice to get a couple more adjustable benchs and another larger sitting bench for the guys' locker rooms as people leave their clothes and bags on the bench

This is the best gym. The staff is friendly and helpful. The equipment is always in good shape. The other gym goers are helpful and considerate.
