These guys are extremely thorough!! I was very impressed! Checked polarity of each outlet, caught light amounts of mold in crawl space floor joists, turned on appliances and checked operation, etc. They checked over house extremely well! It helped very much with negotiations with seller! I would strongly reccomend these guys! They are very good at what they do!
