Family Practice of Grand Island, P.C. provides excellent care in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment. Patients report wonderful experiences over many years. The doctors, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners are knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. They communicate well with each other and with patients, treating everyone with respect and dignity. The staff listens to patients and works to find solutions.
They open at about 8 AM and do not answer until an hour and a half after they open I’m not sure what that’s about but as a mom whose child is sick and this is happening every single time I need to make an appointment for myself or my daughter it’s a little upsetting. The doctors are great. It’s the receptionist that don’t wanna answer the phone.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kenneth Vettel for 26 years, and he has always provided exceptional care. His nursing staff is wonderful as well. Nicole at the front desk is incredibly helpful and always takes the time to listen and guide you in the right direction. I’ve also worked with Amanda in billing, and she goes above and beyond to explain things clearly and follow through. I’m very grateful for such a dedicated and caring team.
