We decided to replace our flooring in our entire main living, kitchen and bedrooms. It was quite a daunting decision for flooring because it was going to be an investment for us. Five Star worked with us over several months patiently providing multiple samples of various products, materials and colors until we finally made up our mind on the perfect choices. Never once did they get frustrated when we said 'it isn't the right one', they just kept providing options until we were satisfied and ready to order.
