Big Mack HVAC LLC and Duct Cleaning is an honest and professional company. They fixed an old AC unit quickly, provided suggestions to keep it running, and installed an affordable high-efficiency cooling system that keeps a house facing the hot western sun nice and cool. The team showed a friendly attitude when cleaning ductwork, working with purpose and being very accommodating. They made time during bitter temps, located needed parts just in time, and did amazing work, never a minute late, going above and beyond. They fixed a furnace motor blower in -30 temperatures in a short amount of time. Customers will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I have an old AC unit that wasn’t working. I was totally expecting them to have me buy a new one. They had it fixed quickly, they gave me some suggestions to keep it running through the years, and they were professional in doing all of it. These guys are honest. I will be using them for all my HVAC needs.
