We called Affordable HVAC in the morning because our furnace had quit working. By evening we had a new furnace installed. They were very professional and did great work. We will have central air installed in the future and we will have them install that as well. Thank you very much Affordable HVAC.
Excellent service. Merle was very helpful and professional. He also made the trek to Hot Springs, SD to help. He saved me money and time. When my furnace was not working yesterday (a Friday) I contacted another company who we did business with since owning this home. We purchased a furnace, air conditioner, and specialty bathtub and spent thousands at this company including plumbing. To make a long story short, this is mid-winter, and we had no heat. This company told me it would be a whole week until they could send someone over. Can you believe this. I contacted Affodable through the phone book and within a couple of hours I had service. The gentleman spent over three hours and had to go back and forth to the shop in order to fix the problem and he only charged for one hour of his time. I had heat before the weekend. Great service!!!! Thanks.
