I have never had a bad experience until this last time. I was nicked 5 times by the older gentleman that did my nails. He was not gentle or very careful. I came home with extremely sore and bleeding cuticles. The acrylic was applied all the way to my cuticles and now they are all lifting. They started to lift after day 1. I will go back but will not use the same guy EVER again. He acted like it was my fault every time he cut me because I would pull my hand away in pain after he nicked me. My nails were 65.00 before tip and I shouldn’t be having issues with them. Next time, I will only use Kevin!

I always call and make an appointment with Trina! She’s the best! And this time I’m using a walker due to up coming hip surgery, and Trina was so helpful as I was having a pedicure. She helped me with my walker and assisted with getting my right foot into the foot soak, then when done she helped me to her manicure chair! The gal at the front desk also got me a higher chair to sit on while waiting for my ride! That’s why they get a 5 start rating!!

It was good. I’ve been here in the past and it was better then. I called ahead and arrived only to sit in the chair for 30 minutes while my pedicure water chilled. Otherwise, it was fine.
