GN Fremont is a primary health care clinic that offers a wide variety of services, including family and general practice medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN care, reproductive health, dentistry and behavioral health. We are located together so you can more easily meet YOUR healthcare needs. GN Fremont accepts Medicaid, Medicare and other insurances, and has a sliding fee scale for those who qualify financially; no one will be denied services at our clinic based on their inability to pay. In addition to our core services, we provide other services to meet the needs of our patients, including low-cost transportation and pharmacy support. Interpreters are available.
