“Absolute best vet experience I've ever had, hands down. Brought my cat in for a urinary issue. The kind, patient, and attentive staff were incredibly helpful, gave thorough explanations about my cat's condition, treatment options, and the cost breakdown. My cat stayed overnight twice in order to get samples the team needed-- because Dr Janet prioritized her safety as an older animal instead of taking the risk of sedating her.
