Had a sewer back up in our basement. Called Starr and they were here within the hour. The two men were very friendly and professional. They found tree roots were the problem and snaked the line multiple times to get them out. They verified a clean line with a camera and recommended a root killer treatment every couple of months. I highly recommend.

great service and great workers. Misty the secretary/office manager was very helpful not only to get my furnace and a/c, but went out of her way to help apply for further assistance thru a program in Fairbury.
