My doctor, Kirisha, is THE absolute BEST, I would recommend her a million times over, to any woman struggling and unsure where to go next. I feel like Kirisha saved me. Not only that but shes pointed me in the direction with the medication specialist, Nichole, and I feel like Im finally where Im supposed to be. Im 1000% myself again, thanks to JCH&L, specifically Kirisha & Nichole💜
I see the physical therapist there named Nichole and she is a very big help with my back issues. She really cares. She doesn't make you feel like you're a waste of her time. That helps a lot knowing that it's not just a job for her. She really cares how I am while I'm there and when I leave. Thank you Nichole. You're an awesome person. I appreciate everything you do for me.
Always clean and well maintained. Has a variety of machines and weight equipment for different types of exercise. The pool is kept at a warm temp, which is good for young kids. Offers exercise classes for all levels. The Zumba class is really fun!
