Ashley and Julie are the sweetest, kindest most patient people I have met in this industry. This entire process was easy and seamless. I made a claim to my warranty company. Within a couple hours an appointment was scheduled. Our tech Matt and his apprentice quickly agreed with Aksarben that I needed a new system. They submitted to my warranty for me, was approved within 24 hours. Let me know my Co pay that day and got the new system ordered. There was one small hiccup with the wrong part being ordered (by my warranty company) Ashley called and told me right away got a case manager involved same day and had excellent communication the entire time. My home warranty service sent Elite, so glad they did! They were able to move up the service time for me, get AC fixed. From the scheduler to the knowledgeable tech Matt, it was a rare pleasant repair service.

We recommend Elite to anyone who asks. We have an old HVAC that we are definitey putting off getting replaced, and they've come out a few times for us over the last 5 years and gotten the heater running again for such a reasonable cost. The first time it went down on us in 2020, we called another company who said there was no fix and quoted us an outrageous price for an HVAC replacement. I'm so glad we got the second opinion from Elite and they keep us running! Matt, specifically, is quick and efficient.
