Al @ Acuity Property Inspections is great to work with. He communicates very well throughout the work, provides detailed reports, is very reasonably priced, and is great with clients! I've recommended him several times to by buyers and sellers and have not been disappointed. Highly recommend!

I always enjoy working with Al! Prior to moving into our new home he did a home inspection and found things we would have not known about if not for him. Then we had him come back after a year in the house and do a radon test. He is so knowledgeable, and I highly recommend him for all the services he provides.

I used this company for the inspection of the purchase of our home, and I have to say that the efficiency, speed, transparency and security that Al provided during the inspection and report was un-matched. He even stayed longer than required answering all my questions, even those not relating directly to his inspection. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Amazing work.
