Seems no longer doing business thus left the three year warranty to mutual roofing, whose website direct google review back to this page. Anyway, called them about the problem caused by their improper installation, after three weeks waiting without getting any response at all, called them again and now the responder claimed it's absolute roofing's issue, and insist on charging $350 inspection fee regardless of responsibility. I personally liked the staff at absolute roofing I met but DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MUTUAL ROOFING as how irresponsible and unprofessional they are.

12 condo complex - Absolute Roofing was the most inceredible roofing company I have every worked with. Communication was informative and reliable on what would happen ahead of time as well as during and after the construction. They were able to remove old roof with several layers of felt backing, install new backer boards as needed, install new roofing and upgrade the venting on a 12 unit condo complex in less than a week. Every day they cleaned up purpously and even had guys picking up stray nails. Absolute Roofing will always be my first choice on future projects and recommendations!Services: Gutter installation

We had them install a new roof in 2015 at a cost of almost $17,000. That same year we had standing water on the porch roof. They came back and supposedly fixed the problem. We now have soffit and sub fascia that is rotted. Upon inspection I found upside down shingles under the drip edge in the area where the standing water was. Also the sheathing in that area does not extend all the way to the end of the rafters and the gap is spanned by the drip edge and upside down shingles. I contacted one of the owners, he said that since it was past there three year craftsmanship warranty they would not repair it unless we paid for it. I sent him photos of the problems.
