After a series of unfortunate events, and the use of multiple restoration companies, I can honestly say I HIGHLY recommend Midwest Restoration. Everyone we worked with was professional, respectful and honest. They responded very quickly to our flood late on a Friday night. Mitigation was timely to keep damage to a minimum. We had just finished 85% of our restoration in the same area with a different local company. Needless to say we were heartbroken to have to have all our brand new flooring pulled back up, and holes punched in the newly finished walls. I signed with Midwest restorations in January and did not think it would be done until spring or even summer. They got it done by the end of February and came out every nice day we had in the winter to get it done. I am very happy with the work and my roof and siding look great.
