I live out of state and use A Special Place to send flowers to my sister and mom who live in Creighton! The owners always call me and help me out with any arrangement or special requests I have! Especially with how they deliver! My mom is elderly and they are so great with delivering to her!

If I could give this business more than 5 stars, I would. In a world where customer service seems to be lost, I’ve been floored with the exceptional customer service received from A Special Place. I placed a late order at 4 pm and simply requested the flowers be delivered the next morning before a funeral. I honestly wasn’t expecting them to arrive before the funeral given my order was so late, yet they blew me away by delivering the arrangement an hour after being ordered, specifically to the memorial service so the arrangement could be included both days of the service, not just one. This meant a lot to many people, and I cannot thank this company enough.
We couldn't attend the service for my sister's father-in-law but wanted to add some beauty to a difficult time. I always like to call a local business directly instead of ordering from the Telaflora's and 800-Flowers type services.I talked with Noama and she understood exactly what I was thinking, offered suggestions based on her expertise (I'm am not "crafty" at all!), and created some beautiful pieces for the service.My sister sent the below pictures and commented on how fresh, fragrant, and colorful the arrangements were.Thank you to A Special Place for the fantastic personalized service!
