I love everyone at this office. As a first time mom I got my appointment time wrong. All so understanding about it and even worked me in same day since I had someone to watch my daughter. Family oriented and just a good place to go.

If I could give this business more than 5 stars, I would. In a world where customer service seems to be lost, I’ve been floored with the exceptional customer service received from A Special Place. I placed a late order at 4 pm and simply requested the flowers be delivered the next morning before a funeral. I honestly wasn’t expecting them to arrive before the funeral given my order was so late, yet they blew me away by delivering the arrangement an hour after being ordered, specifically to the memorial service so the arrangement could be included both days of the service, not just one. This meant a lot to many people, and I cannot thank this company enough.
I owe everything to these guys!! I’ve never had a wonderful experience in a stressful situation. I was heading back to CO from MN when my dog was having an allergic reaction. It was a holiday at 1am and nothing was open. It wasn’t until I called Sunrise Hill and Dr.Guthmiller answered!!! I was so blessed that he answered and was willing to come into the clinic at 1am and help my baby!! Thanks to him I was able to finish my journey home with my puppy!!!
