I called for a shellac change. That's all I wanted. Well I guess the tech decided to do a manicure and then charged me $45. I told her I didn't ask for a manicure and she argued that is what she was told to do. I don't exactly know which part was the manicure. My cuticles look dried out and my nails are not bad. Won't be going back.

I thought I'd give these guys a shot again, and again disappointed. Literally 20 minutes for a spa pedicure with gel polish. 45 for pedicure, 20 for gel, no small talk (I tried) and husband had spa pedicure and clipped his nails and callus scrub and done with in 15. Our feet didn't even soak. The scrub smelled great and that's the 1 star. There was a girl there getting pedi B4 we came and was still getting hers as we left. Won't be back. $110 for 2 pedis and gel in 15-20 minutes.

Worst pedicure ever. Had visited the salon months earlier (bad experience) and tried again hoping the first experience was just a bad day. Unprofessional behavior from the technician, terrible work on the polish, and crooked nails. The entire spa pedicure was a quick 22 minutes at a rate of $40.
