I was instructed by an out-of-state agent to drop off my car title at this local office in order to receive my payment from a previous accident. Simple enough… or so I thought.
I showed up Thursday at 4:15 PM (well within their posted hours), and they were already closed.

I am writing this to warn others about the highly unprofessional and unethical behavior of Melissa Santos. Beyond standard insurance services, this agent crossed major professional boundaries by making inappropriate advances toward my partner. This included showing up at our private residence uninvited, sending explicit photos, and making disparaging comments about me personally. This is a massive breach of privacy and professional conduct. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for insurance needs if you value professional integrity and boundaries.

They rarely answer their phone, making it very difficult to edit any policies I have. Buyer beware, there is a membership fee that is charged every year. There are better insurance options out there for certain.Edit: They still won't answer the phone
