Called Nick up about my furnace problem that I was trying to figure it out myself but got stuck and after speaking with Nick over the phone and walking through the steps I have taken, he recommended using an OEM control board because I was using an off brand board. That fixed my furnace issue. He will be my HVAC guy going forward.

Nick was great to work with when our ancient central air unit had to be replaced in the midst of a heat wave & my husband was due to be released to come home after major surgery. Nick was professional, courteous, punctual, and affordable. We also had him replace our furnace. He hauled away old units & left the area tidy!Nick was amazing when we had issues at another property as well! Highly recommend Vital HVAC!!

Nick and Vital HVAC are the best in town! Our air conditioner went out this weekend over the holiday and Nick got us back up and running right away!
We had( foolishly) called another company first and waited over 24 hours for a call telling us when someone would be out to service our AC.
I asked around and a good friend suggested Vital HVAC. Nick responded to my inquiry immediately and we couldn’t be happier with his excellent service!!
