They were out in my backyard for several hours, I went out several times to ask them if they needed any water or anything else. They always answered “no” that they had everything they needed with them. When they finished they completely cleaned up after themselves. Then they went out to the street in front of my house and cleaned up that area also!! A truly professional crew!!! He promptly came out to look at the tree, prepared an estimate, and offered to start on the tree the very next day! Rob was more than fair when it came to the estimate and I appreciate that he took into consideration what the wood was worth. Rob and his team listened to exactly what I wanted and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I even asked him to do additional work and he was more than happy to get it done. AJ personally came over to evaluate the property and stated that the grading doesn't actually need to be redone like the house inspection report suggested. He actually recommended I get bags of topsoil from the local store and it's an easy project that I could do myself.
