When we moved into our rental home (2019) our washer hose had came out and flooded in the basement. We called and they came out right away which was great. The next day we got ahold of our landlord and he told us they had fans so we don’t need these. Great, we called to get them to grab the equipment and they brought our bill which was 1000. My husband asked for an itemized receipt and spoke with Scott on the phone who was completely unprofessional and rude. Questioning why we needed an itemized receipt. He sent the email and hung up on my husband. I would never use them again.Service: Flood cleanup
