My visit isn't even over, but I just couldn't wait to say how unbelievably kind and caring everyone here has been. Came in July 2nd, a Thursday morning at 9:00 and I was the only patient in the lobby. I was screened and seen very promptly. The intake nurse was the friendliest I've ever had. They took my list of concerns and treated it seriously, while addressing everything I had come to them for. The blood draw for labs was also one of the easiest I've ever had, as I'm really susceptible to getting lightheaded. I've been looking for a PCP I can trust since I moved back to Omaha three years ago, and I finally feel like I've found one. Thanks so much, OneWorld!

For new customers it’s a minimum of two weeks for first appointment. Arrive 30 to 40 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out paperwork and pay any fees that are due. I was seen quite promptly after arriving. The staff is very friendly. The nurses and doctor actually listen to you, then respond with their opinion. I am very pleased with the service rendered. Most definitely I would recommend One World Health Care.

Granted, this was my first appointment, but I am extremely happy and felt really heard and taken care of by this clinic. Every single person I came into contact with from nurse to lab to behavioral health to medical student to doctor all actually listened to me and didn't make me feel like they didn't care.
