I want to start off by saying that the nurses at the walk-in clinic were phenomenal. However; I cannot say the same about the doctor we saw. She had no bed side manner. After swabbing my two year old for flu and RSV, my daughter kept sneezing thus making it hard for the doctor to look in her ears. She literally told my daughter, mind you she is two years old, “Come on, I am trying to get through my shift!” I understand my daughter was the last patient of the day, but that should never affect the quality of service. Going here was a huge mistake. I had a 20 minute conversation and got very overcharged from what I was told the charge would be. They disapproved my dispute and then my financial aid. Now they won't even just let me pay the bill, I have to keep jumping through hoops and I just want it to be done.

The office and nursing staff are wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the nurses here. I am a complex visit for the doctors, I understand that with the tremendous amounts of issues I have. But I have seen three doctors at the clinic over the last few years. They are great at telling me what's wrong, but not at helping finding the root cause, or guiding me to the right resources. There have been times that specialists have raised alarms by things they see in my chart, that the doctors at this clinic never even told me about.
