responsive service when i called, and the wait was short even on a sunday late afternoon. i had two plumbing issues. one was inside with a clogged toilet, and it would not flush right or refill the bowl with fresh water like it should. the other was an outside drain trap with slow draining water. the plumber helped inspect both problems, explained what was happening, and worked hard to try different ways to clear the line. he even replaced a broken tool and came back to keep working on it. for the toilet, it looks like an object is stuck in the drain passage, which is why the auger could not fully clear it or move the blockage out of place. for the outside drain, the... read full review
