this was my first time using a plumber and i was very impressed, would absolutely recommend their services. another local drain service couldn't handle clearing the storm drains in my concrete patio, so they suggested i try this company. the office called to let me know the plumber was coming, and he arrived half an hour ahead of schedule. he brought the right tools, knew exactly what to do, and was really friendly and easy to talk to. the drain hadn't been cleared out in a long time, but after working for almost two hours, alex got it flowing again, cleaned up the area, and finished up quickly. great experience all around!
