Very friendly staff and vets. Did a great job with our cat, who was unfortunately diagnosed with feline leukemia. Vet dis a great job explaining options, and their in house pharmacy was quick to get us needed medicine at a reasonable price.

Our dog Xena has been going to the Bellevue Animal Hospital for about 8 years. Their knowledge and service is outstanding. Their assistance in providing referrals for out-of-house diagnostics and compassion near the end of life was very helpful and appreciated. Appointment availability was always almost immediate and wait times were always low. Highly recommended for any of your pets.

I want to give a big thank you to Dr. Rock-Paul for getting our cat in on a holiday weekend at the last minute. My wife and I want to thank all of her staff members that stayed late on that Saturday afternoon to help us with our cat Benson.
Thank you to Dr. Suntrup, Kaitlyn, Miranda, Elena and Nathan. They were all very professional and courteous. They ran the appropriate tests and the doctor provided us with various options regarding any further treatments.
Benson had slowly been showing us that he was not up to snuff and he was tired. With the diagnosis and prognosis of his health, my wife and I made the difficult decision to lay him to rest. The staff was very thoughtful and caring providing us with as much time as we wanted to spend our final moments with our family member. They even provided us with a small vial containing Benson’s fur. Very thoughtful. Although the ending is not enjoyable, we want everyone to know what a great hospital this is. Very professional and caring.

I brought both of my pets in for a visit and was very impressed with the level of care. The staff was warm and welcoming to both me and my pets, demonstrated great attentiveness during the examination, and took the time to clearly explain the medications and tests being administered ☺️ My pets were very pleased as well as myself!

The staff are really nice, they aways take care of my two dogs. And the doctors explain things in a simple way :)

Came here to establish care for my dog, let the staff know I take him hiking often and had concerns about ticks. He was prescribed frontline and I was told this would take care of that issue and make it so I could safely still take him hiking. I found the vet to be very friendly, the techs as well. Fast forward about a month, he’s had his first dose of frontline two weeks prior and we go on a hike. He comes home with four ticks not just on him but attached. I pull them off very much alive. They’ve been on him at least 1.5 hours at this point, plenty of time to transmit disease, but I didn’t get to say this because I was cut off by the receptionist over the phone. The box clearly states “repels ticks”. This was an expensive medication and did not work as advertised. I call the vet and when I get a callback, the receptionist does not let me speak and cuts me off mid sentence several times. They state if I bathed my dog after medicating him that may be why this is occurring, but before I can say this isn’t the case, I’m cut off again. I’m told that the medication does not repel ticks, it kills them once they bite (the opposite of what the box says), yet the ticks were very alive when I pulled them off. I ask for a refund due to the false advertising, and they refund the unused doses but not the dose which didn’t work as described. In person, the red haired receptionist was rude, asked who told me the medication actually repels ticks and then blamed the manufacturer, and again cut me off mid sentence while I was trying to speak.

Transparency would have been appreciated, instead of prescribing something which has false advertising on the box and then rudely refusing to listen to the customers description of the issue. My dog now has a rash at the site of one of the tick bites, which will require a separate vet visit and blood work at a vet office that actually listens to their customers. Clearly this medication does not kill the ticks after they’ve bitten your pet, and clearly it does not prevent the spread of disease effectively. The costs should be the responsibility of Bellevue Animal Hospital for selling a medication which does not work as described. Both in person and on the phone not a single question was asked about my dog’s status, rashes, how long the ticks were attached, whether they were live or dead when removed- nothing. In fact, the receptionist refused to listen to anything I had to say without cutting me off midway through.

I won’t bring my dog back to a place which allows staff to be so disrespectful to customers, and clearly does not care about their patients.
