Tony with AME was great to work with! He helped me recycle some old computers safely and also wiped some computers for me to reuse. He was professional, friendly, and explained his process, so I was reassured my computers and information were protected and cared for. I also have to give a shout out to the shop cat, Smokey! His customer service was top notch!! I will definitely be back in the future for other computer needs. Thank you, Tony for great service!!

Had a computer that was several years old and had lots of photos from trips that I had taken that I thought I lost. Took it to a few places and they were not able to retrieve them until I took it here, where Tony was able to recover my photos. Great service and very knowledgeable about what he is doing.

5 stars. My laptop died from overheating and I took it to AME Computers in Bellevue. They did a free diagnostic, replaced the drive with an SSD, upgraded the RAM, and had it back to me in a couple days running fine. Price was fair and they were upfront about everything. Staff was helpful and straightforward. Solid experience.
