Tony was very knowledgeable and was able to trouble shoot my third monitor needs. He was able to find and order parts at reasonable rates (unlike Dell) and install them quickly. He was responsive to my emails and phone calls when others weren't. I will definitely use AME again when/if needed.
This is my newest review of AME. I originally found AME about 5 years ago. Recently my laptop sort of got hacked & I called Tony about 3:30pm on a Thursday in a panic- he said don't panic -just bring it in right now.- so I did. Nothing was damaged or lost & my laptop was back to me by Monday. Tony also advised adding better protection & a better ad blocker. All this & a super reasonable fee for the repairs. I trust Tony from previous visits. I always have had a positive experience with him.
Tony was great to work with. He got my computer working great and sooner than expected. The charge was reasonable and when I asked for advice, he gave me useful information. Above all, he was kind and very considerate while I was in his place of business. Thanks Tony!
