TextBetter has been a lifesaver for our business since 2018. Because TextBetter allows us to text building superintendents who don't use email while copying their managers who do, we show that we've notified the super before dispatch. We've virtually eliminated "No access to building" charges for our customers. The phonebook lets us see the names of people who text us instead of just their mobile numbers. We love the fact that our main company number is SMS enabled.
