I contacted Sal's dog grooming at the last minute because of an unexpected change in plans personally. Actually, a mutual friend contacted them for me and explained to them my situation and the urgency of my need for boarding my dog.
They were very helpful with accommodating me at the last minute. Furthermore, I had my stay extended due to unforeseen circumstances, and they were able to accommodate a few extra days for my dog to stay boarded there. And even with somewhat poor communication between us, mainly due to my proximity, since I was far away, they were still accommodating and kind and very kind to my dog and took care of her very well. And when I did arrive to pick her up they were kind to me and professional to me and courteous and mannerly and just very kind people you can tell that they are very animal friendly people and care very much about the animals that they care for and look after. They even sent along a chew toy for my dog Daisy to take with her.
I would say it's a very good experience because it was my absolute first time I'd ever had to board my pet before. I'm very grateful to them for helping me and my dog Daisy and so is my family that I had to go visit far away and was unfortunately unable to take Daisy along with me.
I have nothing but gratitude for them and I thank them very much.
The place was very welcoming and clean. I was seen by Claudia. She was very professional and personable. I was very pleased with her work. I will definitely be going back.
They are very good at their jobs and thorough with my dogs.very friendly..enjoying them being my vet
