Bierman Vet Services in Arnold, NE provides comprehensive small animal and large animal/herd care. They are open Monday-Friday 8-6 and seasonally on Saturdays 8-1. The staff is friendly, down-to-earth, and attentive, taking the time to understand each pet's needs. Customers appreciate the clinic's willingness to accommodate urgent situations, even on holidays. Bierman Vet Services is highly recommended, with some clients willing to drive long distances to receive their excellent service.
Called for a possible emergency visit that ended up being something we could take care of during normal hours. Was super friendly and down to earth, and got my pitbull in first thing on Monday morning. Very kind staff and didn’t feel like “just another client” with them. They asked lots of questions about my dog and her background and were very forthcoming with any info they might have had that would help. Absolutely would visit again and will be bringing my other dogs here in the future.
Absolutely recommend, even if you have to drive. I gave up on the vets here in Broken Bow who don't have time or who don't answer their phones. Bierman will work with you in case of urgency with your pet, and they are so friendly and worth the drive from Bow. Can I give them more than 5 stars?
