I was super nervous coming in after having a bad experience with CHI's pediatrician's/office after their terrible bedside manner/billing.
I don't feel like just a number/dollar sign at Trinity at all! This is how a Pediactric Office should be run; It's so refreshing. It's akin to stepping back in time in regards to customer service standards with all the modern equipment you see at big city clinics. Being a sister office of Mayo Clinic is definitely a plus.

Tanya Giese is the best! She really listens to you and makes you feel heard and cared for. And my husband really likes Dustin Tolman. The ladies who work in labs are alway patient with me, who is afraid of needles and passes out afterwards everytime. It's easy to make appointments, and get referrals. Really recommend this clinic!
Super friendly staff!! They all make you feel as comfortable as possible... ( I literally fell asleep ) Best experience I've ever had with medical staff... very impressive!!!
