Radiology and EMS also receive high praise. Patients appreciate the warm and welcoming atmosphere, with staff going above and beyond to provide comfort and reassurance. From prompt and efficient visits to thorough explanations of treatment, the medical center prioritizes patient care and understanding.
I do not recommend coming here. The hospital told me and my boyfriend to go to the women’s clinic for an apt and we are very disappointed. They are there for the money not your health. Some of those doctors need booted. I have only had one good doctor and he was new at the time of going. The darker skinned lady at the women’s clinic for ob was rude about wanting an ultrasound and telling me an app where I can check my fertility. (That is not what I asked for and she was rude about it)… And that is not what the hospital told me to do either. I will never be going here again. Pain medication was withheld from me by multiple doctors at this facility.
Called and asked for my medical bill multiple times, were unable to provide it, had to wait for it to be sent to collections to actually get a grip on payments for it. Pathetic.
