Kojo and his employees are very professional. They always treat us with the utmost respect. I'd say they run a great cleaning company and coronavirus disinfection company in Williston, North Dakota.
What a waste of our time. We called a week ago to see if somebody could clean our kitchen; the man who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I had to ask most of the important questions, e.g., "What day? What time?" In the middle of one of my questions, he cut me off and said, "We'll be there. I'm driving right now." I hadn't even given him our address yet, and I had to tell him that.On the cleaning date, they were supposed to show up at 9:00am. 9:30 rolled around and I had nothing: no cleaner, no phone call, no text message.
