All of the employees were respectful and did great work. I would recommend Polar to everyone. They are old fashioned in the best way and will figure out how to get it done even if it’s tricky. We have an old furnace and they were able to add AC to our house without having to replace the old furnace (that works great) at a reasonable price. Thank you Polar for our new AC after a hot hot hot summer last year without.

With the holidays and winter storms, most HVAC businesses were backed up with service calls and waiting on parts. When our furnace went out during this time, Polar was quick to respond with a used part until a new one could be obtained and installed. The service tech, Carlos, was very polite, professional and quick to respond to our problem. Polar provides service to our business and will be the first we call for our personal needs.
