This experience with Precision was mostly positive. My experiences in the past have not always been positive. I had the technician check my furnace and he had to replace a small part, and I would think a very common part. He had to go back to the shop to get the part. I don't like paying for time driving back and forth to their warehouse. Seems like they should be able to carry some of these smaller more common parts with them.
John was very thorough and did an excellent job. He took the time to show me how to shut my water off if I had a problem. I appreciated that. I will be asking for John for my next plumbing appointment. Thane you. Shirley Wenner
I had a clogged drain and Precision was quick to respond to get an appointment set. Jake came, got the job done quickly, and was friendly. He didn't mind when my toddler was being curious and trying to talk to him while he worked. Definitely will hire them again.
