I needed a sensor for my pool heater for a pool party for my daughter and could not find it anywhere in Bismarck and the inline retailers would not ship overnight. I finally spoke to Eric and he took down my information and called his vendor to see if it was possible, he called back within 5 minutes with an update and my part arrived the next day by 10am. I can't thank you enough for taking the time to make it happen.

Our pool is the LAST thing I want to deal with while juggling my busy schedule however, the staff and Dan were incredibly helpful on SEVERAL occasions. They have helped revive our pool from the depths of you know where caused by the previous home owners. It has been a 'not so fun' process but these guys keep helping us through. I had researched a few different companies to come in and fix the issues we had in our commercial hotel pool. No other companies in town were as responsive or hands on with our operation, and their approach, in terms of truly understanding what we needed to have done to not only meet our needs, but also stay within budget. Dan and his entire team have been extremely helpful and gone more than above and beyond to ensure the end result was delivered on time and as initially described. Dan even went as far as to bring us a pool motor he was describing to show us how it worked, at no charge, as I was struggling to initially understand.
