Massages are truly the lifeline to my heart. I hold my stress in my muscles in a very unhealthy way. I have sprained my neck a good 10 times resulting in a neck brace. I over tense and hold my muscles. I have found that going in for routine massages have a massive impact on my over all health both physically and mentally. I have went to Inspire for years and they are always easy to book and friendly.Thank you for helping me continue to take care of others by first taking care of myself.
