The crew at Innovative Air went above and beyond for me. We had been noticing a strange smell in our house, so I asked them to take a look. A critical component of our furnace was failing. They were able to cover it under warranty, and we were able to get our heat back on during mid-winter.
Is this incredible? No. What is incredible is how quickly they rescheduled other calls when I indicated my wife had been feeling sick. They identified the urgency. They worked quickly with their supplier to get us our component. They had fantastic communication, even texting to say they were running a few minutes late. I want to give a shout out to the great communications from this group. My AC went out and I placed two calls, one to a well known business that claims their hours are 24/7, and the other call to Innovative Air. I received a text almost immediately after I called Innovative Air saying I would get a call back soon and I got one about an hour later. The first company never gave a call back. They communicated with me several times via text or phone. They were thorough and efficient with their work. I highly recommend them. Communication is #1 and their service was great as well.
