I had an absolute wonderful experience at this great clips. Which is on brand with this company/service. I’ve never had a bad experience at Great Clips. Kind, approachable and engaging stylists. A fair and robust check-in system with their app and or via phone call. If you are on the list for more than an hour you will be taken off so others who have been waiting get their turn. Extremely reasonable prices for what you need (and any additional styling options added on too if you are interested, they will offer). Great Clips is just what I look for when I need a haircut. They are good at what they do, get it done fairly quickly, and are very affordable. They also make it easy to call any location salon location to see of a specific stylist is working that day. The online checking via their app makes scheduling easy and reduces wait time to almost zero. I hope they never go away!

Enjoy the atmosphere (smaller and more comfortable) at the West Fargo location. Frustrated that we (husband and I) had signed up for getting the coupon during the BB playoffs with a discount. Asked the check in lady and was told couldn't check until you paid. Well it worked for one of us but not the other as couldn't find the proper email I guess. Must be a way to make this easier for us that are not tech savvy. Otherwise a good operator and didn't feel rushed a so many times.
