It was an amazing experience working with this company! Shane came out to check the heating systems at my two properties, and as a newer property owner, I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was. He took the time to explain everything, walked me through how the systems worked, and gave clear recommendations. He only suggested replacing one small part that had an obvious defect (a cracked plastic cover) and was honest in saying that my other unit didn’t need any additional work.

Great experience working with Aire Serv. Customer service is superb and they call when they say they will, arrive on time and don’t leave a mess behind after the work is complete. Ladies in the office (Nancy) are pleasant to speak with and Andy the service tech is top notch.
