Had a terrible experience here. The staff is always miserable and extremely rude and they lost two of my packages. What a complete waste. Nothing but excuses. Thankfully there are much better options in town and ones with staff with a personality. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Pembina Parcel is the best! They went over and above for me and I am forever their loyal customer! We ran out of gas on the highway a mile from the gas station while I was on my way to pick up several packages. It was below freezing and we could literally see them from the highway but they were too far away. I called them to let them know I wouldn't be able to make it and to see if I could schedule a pickup for the weekend (another 2 hour drive). Not only did they bring my packages to me ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, but they also brought me a gallon of gas so I could make it to the gas station!!! Thank you so much for your kindness, I appreciate you and am forever grateful!❤️ THANK YOU PEMBINA PARCEL!!

Besides being a parcel service, it's also an FBO - that's a gas station for general aviation aircraft. 100LL fuel, sorry no Jet-A.

Been going here for approximately 5 years (from Winnipeg), and I have never once had any issues or complaints. Staff is very accommodating and easy to deal with.Just picked up 5 packages on October 02, 2023. Thank you for all of your assistance throughout the years, Pembina Parcel!
