The Suboxone program saved my life and the program works for me, Ive not had one dirty test since I decided enough was enough. It's been 3 years since I was released from the halfway house in fargo, I moved to white shield and had to commute every week to Minot for my meds. I eventually worked my way to only having to go once a month and that's when my doctor suggested elbow woods might be easier for me to commute. I ended up switching and have had to learn all kinds of patience. I'll admit I get worked about this part I'm gna tell you because they put my sobriety at risk over and over and take no responsibility for not doing their job properly. My doctor is amazing and I'm sad I have to transfer even though it's gna be so much better for me not having to deal w the pharmacy. Last month was my last time having to pick up my meds from Bismarck ND from Newtown ND. I moved in August to start attending classes at UTTC but one of my ADHD meds had to keep coming from Newtown. I need those for school and my Suboxone for my sobriety. Never once have I missed my appointments, tested dirty, or had an issues as I have to endure the last 6 months. Last month is my last pickup and I tell my ride in white shield that but it wasn't the last time because they gave him the wrong med altogether the first time, one I haven't even gotten from them this whole time and he had to go back and get my ADHD med again. Then they didn't read the instructions which my doctor was trying to make my life easier by giving me my refill and 2 paper prescriptions to last me until I start seeing my new doctor in Bismarck. They didn't send the papers and so that one last time turned into 30 extra days and 3 trips to Newtown. Making everything harder for me and this isn't the first time they've done this to me. I've literally taught myself patience and tried not despair when I had to go without my meds due to their mistakes made over and over. Maybe they think that the type of meds makes me a piece of shit but I'm in my own place and going to school and not drinking or doing drugs and I do everything I'm supposed to. What about u? Im never going back to the reservation or this facility ever again. And what do u know? The pharmacy here in Bismarck which has way more patients than Newtown , has not once got my days messed or wrong or didn't do their job correctly. Not once. Newtown lies to me all the time like telling me my meds are due the 11th when they're due the 4th. Im forced to believe it was on purpose, no one makes the same mistake over and over like that. I have called up irate and upset many times and I'm glad I'll never have to do that again. Thanks for putting my sobriety in jeopardy and making my school year the hardest thing I've had to do. I didn't relapse but I can't imagine if they do this to someone not as strong. Zero stars for pharmacy staff but 5 starts for my amazing Dr. He helped keep me sober and for that I'll always be grateful. If your on a program like mine where accountability is the basis and the people responsible for one job don't care about the service they provide, your in better hands w people who care.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Everyone knows IHS is trash yet this recent experience goes above and beyond in that department. Had hip pain, went in. Had an X-Ray done, then a CT scan on July 15th. Was told I would be getting a call for my referral out to another place. Called today, was told the nurse practitioner, Ms. Humphrey was no longer employed there, and she did not finish the referral. So now I have to be seen again at elbawoods to get yet another referral. I have to wait until August 25th, after already going through everything mentioned above. Do better

Place is a joke.need a med refill? Get ready to call the facility administrator every 30 days. Legal action needs taken to slap these people awake shut this dangerous place down

They don't explain that you need a renewal on the prescription until your prescription expires. Basically denying you your meds for however long it takes to get in with a Dr again.it is very simple to explain on their last prescription refill that it is expired and you have 30 days to get it renewed. Instead they give you 0 days to renew.

Worst service, no one knows what going on and the staff is unbelievably rude (Melody). If could rated negative 5 stars I would. Covid testing SHOULD not be such a hassle.
