The Suboxone program saved my life and the program works for me, Ive not had one dirty test since I decided enough was enough. It's been 3 years since I was released from the halfway house in fargo, I moved to white shield and had to commute every week to Minot for my meds. I eventually worked my way to only having to go once a month and that's when my doctor suggested elbow woods might be easier for me to commute. I ended up switching and have had to learn all kinds of patience. I'll admit I get worked about this part I'm gna tell you because they put my sobriety at risk over and over and take no responsibility for not doing their job properly. If I could give it zero stars I would. Everyone knows IHS is trash yet this recent experience goes above and beyond in that department.
Had hip pain, went in. Had an X-Ray done, then a CT scan on July 15th. Was told I would be getting a call for my referral out to another place. Called today, was told the nurse practitioner, Ms. Humphrey was no longer employed there, and she did not finish the referral. So now I have to be seen again at elbawoods to get yet another referral. I have to wait until August 25th, after already going through everything mentioned above.

They don't explain that you need a renewal on the prescription until your prescription expires. Basically denying you your meds for however long it takes to get in with a Dr again.it is very simple to explain on their last prescription refill that it is expired and you have 30 days to get it renewed. Instead they give you 0 days to renew.
