I only showed my stylist a picture and gave her a general idea of what i wanted and what I got was one of the best haircuts ever. Feels like a 100$ haircut. Loved the MVP service. I'll be back.

Majority of stylist are great and friendly but their online booking system sucks. What’s the point of booking on line, get an estimate time, then a “your stylist will be ready in 15 minutes”, then another one “head to the store you’re on deck” and then have to wait 30 more minutes once you get there? Wth!! You need to work on that.

Great place. Denise helped fix a butchered haircut I received from another hair dresser. It's perfect now. The "missing chunks" are gone and it styles like it's supposed to.Thank you. And to the lady that helped my mother with her hair disaster, Thank You. Her hair is beautiful now, and she's so happy. Thank you ?

When I can get in it's normally a good cut. However there are no walk-ins. You have to schedule on their app. It's also not an appointment, it's a digital line. Then at least half the time the app doesn't work. The stylists change out regularly. The shop is nice. The big problem is the crappy app.
