My house had a plumbing issue and flooded. Servpro showed up very quickly and the work completed was on time. The management has had constant communication with my wife and I. All the people who showed up were kind and fun to work with. My years of experience with FEMA Response, I wish all Servpro offices were this great. VR, Nick
I have changed my tune about this company over several months of working with them and that is because of Philip, Isaac, and Travis. They have been integral throughout this process.
My only recommendations are that you vet your subcontractors more carefully in the beginning and also stress to your clients that there is “no rush” to complete a project.
Allow clients time in the brainstorming stage so they don’t feel pressured to make a decision, so that when it comes time to begin/end the project, it runs more seamlessly. Aside from that, any wrongs were made right and that needs to be commended. Thank you for a job well-done given the circumstances.
Did such an amazing job with a house fire and clean up! Couldn’t ask for better service and being well informed of the steps to come and when! Also Rebekka and Chris made it a priority as if the person they were helping was family to them!
